I said when posting 40 Inspirational Speeches in 2 Minutes that those speeches were even more inspirational than a good sports montage. Montages are as cliche as it comes when you need to show the long hard process of self-improvement without any of the actual time required. After seeing the piece above, I realized maybe I’m wrong. There’s ways to make something as cliche as a montage your own.
While it’s no doubt just another post-effect gimmick, you can’t argue that tilt-shift “miniaturization” effects are fun to play with to achieve extreme selective focus. Photoshop would give you way more control, yet TiltShiftMaker has a handy little tool to let you play with effects on any photo without requiring any expensive software or major fine tuning.
What’s more inspiring than a sports montage? 40 inspirational speeches cut into a single ueber-inspirational speech.
